Responsible for providing electrical connection services to for residential houses and commercial buildings. The section is also responsible to receive customer complaints and attend electrical outages.

Responsible to issue out electricity bill and invoices to customers, the collection of revenues from electricity sales, monitoring and analyzing both the electricity sales and payment. The section also provide counter services for customers to purchase of electrical token and make payment.

Responsible for planning and designing of the whole generation, transmission and distribution within DES electrical system. The section lead the electrical infrastructure project under the national project development (RKN) to strengthen the whole DES electrical system. The section also carry out research and analysis for the demand of electricity.
